For tiers that include ad management, we manage and optimise your campaigns on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific click-through rates, cost per lead, or return on ad spend. Ad performance is influenced by factors including competition, ad quality, market demand, and platform algorithms. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform and is separate from our management fee.

3. AI accuracy

The AI tools we implement, including voice AI and conversation AI, are built on third-party models and platforms. While these systems are configured to perform well, AI can occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate responses. We implement quality assurance measures such as automated flagging for problem calls and chats, but we cannot guarantee that every interaction will be perfect.
