Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Funnel Mate, operated by Joel Bramham, sole trader, ABN 61 634 564 294 ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Funnel Mate provides done-for-you AI automation systems for trades and local service businesses. Our services include website builds, Google Business Profile setup, missed-call text-back automation, voice AI, conversation AI, review automation, ad management, content generation, and related marketing automation. The specific services provided to you are outlined in your chosen pricing tier and any custom agreement we reach during onboarding.

2. Fees and billing

Monthly management fees are billed in advance and are due on the same date each month. A one-time setup fee may apply for website builds and initial system configuration, as outlined in your pricing tier. Ad spend for Google Ads or other paid platforms is billed directly to you by the advertising platform — we do not manage, touch, or mark up your ad budget.

3. Month-to-month and cancellation

All monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and any work already completed are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for further detail.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information during onboarding, including business details, service areas, photos, and access to relevant accounts.
• Grant necessary permissions for platforms we configure on your behalf (e.g. Google Business Profile, phone number forwarding, social accounts).
• Respond to requests for approval or information within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
• Ensure you have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide to us.

5. Our responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain the AI automation system as described in your chosen tier.
• Provide support in accordance with your tier's support level (form-field requests, email/ticket, or priority phone access).
• Act in good faith and recommend the most suitable system for your business, even if that means telling you we are not the right fit.

6. Intellectual property

All systems, automations, templates, and code we build remain the property of Funnel Mate unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of your business name, brand, content, and customer data. We grant you a licence to use the system for the duration of your engagement with us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Funnel Mate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of leads, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. 8. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, telephony providers, AI models, CRM tools). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or disruptions caused by these platforms. We will work to minimise disruption and find alternatives where possible.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with NSW law.
